1. Scope of Services
We provide:
Solar system design and installation
Supply of solar components through Havells Distributors
Service and support via Lloyd Authorised Service Centres
Maintenance and after-sales services (as agreed)
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are valid for [05] days unless stated otherwise
Prices may change due to tax, material cost, or regulatory changes
Any additional work beyond scope will be charged separately
3. Payment Terms
Advance payment as per quotation is mandatory
Balance payment must be cleared before commissioning
Delays in payment may result in service suspension
4. Installation Timeline
Timelines are indicative and may vary due to site conditions, approvals, weather, or force majeure
events
We are not liable for delays caused by third parties (DISCOM, government departments, etc.)
5. Warranty
Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers (Lloyd, Havells, or others)
Installation workmanship warranty is as per agreement
Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer terms
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must:
Provide accurate site and electricity details
Ensure safe and unrestricted site access
Obtain society/landowner permissions if required
Ensure timely payment
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for power generation losses due to shading, weather, grid failure, or misuse
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payment obligations are not met
False information is provided
Misuse or unauthorized modification of the system occurs
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
